      <description>&lt;P&gt;i am trying to get my pac code i have tried to text PAC followex by ddmmyy but it says unable to process my request due technical fault. just wondering if there is problem with porting out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;because i will&amp;nbsp; essentially paying for two contracts asked customer service but they are unable cancel my contract even though i am in 14 day cooling off period because i dont want to loose my number. can someone please help with this&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
