    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My phone contract expires in 3 days so I went to get a new one and it’s saying my credit check has failed. I haven’t missed a payment from Three in the 3 years I’ve been on it with my last contract, I earn enough, and my work even contractually pay for my mobile phone usage, so I should have no issue whatsoever getting a new contract, especially only around £50 a month.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I’ve seen other people complain about this issue saying it’s a bug, I was wondering if anyone could assist me with appealing this? As I say, zero issue with payment and have never missed a payment&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tom&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
