      <description>&lt;P&gt;I stupidly messed up my order! Instead of upgrading to a 'sim only' on my current mobile number, I made a mistake and got an new sim that has a new number, I stupidly put the new sim in my phone. Can I still cancel on the cooling off period?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
