      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did have a old paramount+ subscription which I asked to be cancelled (live chat) last month, got a new contract with a 2 year Paramount+ which was cancelled instead last Sunday. (I've filled out a complaints form)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Thanks for getting back to us.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To clarify, were you on a paid Paramount+ subscription, but then wished to cancel this as you were in the process of taking a plan which had the subscription included?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If so, was the subscription removed unexpectedly?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'd appreciate any clarity, but you should hear back from the complaints team as soon as possible.&lt;/P&gt;
