&lt;P&gt;Ah, I think you might be referring to the case updates via the Three App? My understanding is that these weren't working as expected and were removed until solved. I'm unsure if you're supposed to be receiving those messages still, as they effectively don't lead you anywhere. I'll forward that on so the team can check to see if that's also supposed to be disabled.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can check in with the support team through chat or call still though, if you're looking for case updates.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
