Okay, I would like to send them a file I have, an audio recording of a scam call claiming to be three. How would I send this to three?

There are some add ons for calling abroad. What you can get depends on the plan you have. If you head over to the International Calling support page here you can check out the destinations you can call, and the add ons you can get for your specific type of plan.
