    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had my phone stolen earlier this month and have noticed someone using ThreePay to charge things to my phone bill. I have an extra 150 GBP on my bill for this month. I absolutely cannot afford to pay this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I contacted customer service to have my original SIM blocked as soon as I could. I have not had a confirmation on this. I do not understand how such charges can occur without my knowledge and verification.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is extremely distressing and from reading the forums I do not see any hope in getting this resolved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please can someone help me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm really sorry to hear that you've incurred these charges after your phone was stolen. We may be able to help. For the best outcome, it's important that the incident was reported to the police at the time, did you do this and obtain a crime reference number?&lt;/P&gt;
