Roam Pass Expiration?

Hi,

I,m off to Europe this week. I curently have a 25GB Value SIMO 12M - 1 year contract.

Since starting the contract I've used my 14 day Roam in Europe, As I'm still within my contract and have been away already for 14 days, do I need to buy a new add on for this new 7 day trip away?

Hello there.

Yeah, you'll need to have a Go Roam pass active to unlock access to your allowances while you're away again. You can buy it in advance, it activates on its own once you're there, or you can buy it just before.
Alternatively, you can have the system bill you while you're there, by automatically charging £2 per day onto your bill. If you want to do that, you'll need to make sure your spend limit is high enough to cover the charges for the time you're away.

Passes are generally better as you don't need to make changes to your spend limit settings, and the bundles work out a bit cheaper than buying them day by day.
