      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If there isn't a direct debit on the account, payments for your device plan need to be made via the support team on chat or by calling 333. The team will be able to take your payment, and if you'd like to set up a Direct Debit, they can help with that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
