      <title>Received OTP code that I didn't ask for</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My account was suspended for security and fraud reasons last week on Thursday whilst I was away from home for still unknown reasons. Everything has been restored as of yesterday but today I have received a OTP code in my messages that I didn't ask for. I reset the password for my three account yesterday so I can't imagine someone has access to that, I would try to access the live chat but it is unfortunately too late at the moment. I would appreciate if anyone could let me know if this is normal or not.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You may receive an OTP if there's an attempt to log in to your online account, particularly if this is a device you haven't logged in from recently (or if you've cleared your browser data and cookies), or this would also be triggered by customer services when a query is received for your account over the phone or by chat.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We can't be absolutely certain from the Community forums, so the best practice in a case like this is to &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/contact-us" target="_self"&gt;get in touch&lt;/A&gt; to query this further. The team can check recent interactions on your account with you to help determine if there's any ongoing issue.&lt;/P&gt;
