Has anybody else have this problem? I cancelled a mobile broadband contact. Three says aI have to return the broadband hub within 30 days or will be charged about £100. They say instructions will follow and I'll be provided a return bag.

This never happened. I've contacted customer support about three times. Each time they said they have now sent the return bag and it will arrive within 4 days. None of the times this actually happened.

Is this some kind of trick to sabotage the return so they can get me to pay the £100? Of course I don't have any written records because they insist on being contacted by phone or their web chat.

Hello there.

That's not ideal. A new process for returns was just introduced, which uses a QR that gets emailed to customers in order for them to arrange the return. I'd recommend reaching out to the support team and asking them to provide you with that instead.

Pete.
