&lt;P&gt;No worries at all. You're entitled to do a return within 14 days, even with upgrades. &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/contact-us" target="_self"&gt;Get in touch here&lt;/A&gt;, and the team will be able to reverse the order, and arrange how we get the handset back to us.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You should be able to opt for either an alternative upgrade, or to have everything restored to the previous plan.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Cancel/Return Upgrade</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I've upgraded my contract on the 13th July. I've received the new handset today.&amp;nbsp; I've now realised that I've made a mistake in upgrading.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can I return the handset. The box is unopened. Also, would it be possible to to go back onto my old airtime tarrif?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
