You can view your bills by logging in to your online account or on the Three App. Please have a check at the extra charges using the bill breakdown or itemised section. If you still have any questions about the bill after you've viewed these, please let us know.

As this is our public forum we can only go by the info you tell us, we won't be able to view the bill or your account when answering you here.
