@JonathanB - Are you able to help?

I closed one of my Three accounts and didn't realize that it woud de-link my forum account (@Anonymous). When I try to log into the old account it asks me to set a username, when I logged into this one it did the same thing so I set as something else.

Is there anything I can do to recover it /link it to this account instead?

Hi @garetc1,

Thanks for reaching out. I'll check how we best validate your details against both Community accounts and get back to you. We should be able to transfer your old username and content over to the new log in, provided a couple of verification checks match up. 🙂

Thanks to @JonathanB for resolving this for me.

Has was able to ID&V me and link my old orphaned account to the other login I have!
