HG3 device payment on bank statement

Hi both my wife and I are three members. I have the above payment coming out of my bank account as well as my DD as I have a tablet that was on offer.

On my wife's account she has the same but yet she only has a phone. For the past 5 months an extra 16.50 has been coming out of our account under that heading. Why is that. She has an iPhone yet is on a contract

Hi @Music123,

H3G Device Payment is a payment towards a device loan. So this is to pay for a handset or tablet, but with any Three Your Way plan there'll be another payment for the airtime SIM plan itself.
