If you &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/contact-us" target="_self"&gt;get in touch&lt;/A&gt;, the customer service team will be able to raise the issue with our porting team who will work with your previous provider to fix this.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Not receiving calls from other providers</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I was with o2 for the last couple of years and decided to switch to Three on Monday.&lt;BR /&gt;after providing my PAC to three and switching fully from o2 to Three. I am&amp;nbsp;unable to receive any calls and msgs from other providers such as EE, gifgaff, o2 etc. please advice!? Do i need to go back to o2?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I think Three support team can and will reach out to your previous operator but you may have to ask to escalate this...&amp;nbsp;or&amp;nbsp;maybe&amp;nbsp;a&amp;nbsp;moderator&amp;nbsp;can&amp;nbsp;help&amp;nbsp;you&amp;nbsp;getting you through the right place/team&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.three.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/6"&gt;@JonathanB&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have spoke to the customer service and they confirmed there is nothing wrong with the porting which they think its nothing to do with the porting. I have another number which is already having the same issue for the last 6 months.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
