Can’t call anyone with Three

I can’t call anyone. It’s not even trying to ring their phones. Checked network and it says there are no issues. Have rebooted phone, it’s not on airplane mode. Not sure what else to do?! 😫 I can’t call anyone but can receive calls!

Same here! Clearly a network issue which fingers crossed won’t take too long to fix. Until then we’ll have to be patient I suppose.

Network issues on Three network

Unable to make phone calls or receive phone calls on three network. The caller can hear it ringing but the phone is not actually ringing. Tried multiple three SIMS on multiple phones.

I have been trying to ring 3 car mechanic and the line does not ring that’s al 3 numbers

Calling

I cannot receive or make any phone calls. Won’t even allow me to make a call on WiFi calling. Is the network down? I’ve reset my network settings, ensured I have signal and used airplane mode. Help please.

Hi, I am also having the same issue on both my phone and wife's phone unable to make / receive calls. Like you rebooted phones etc and still the same phone worked at 8am since 8:30am nothing.

I haven't been able to make or receive calls this morning. When I try to call someone it doesn't even ring, and when I tried to pick up when someone called me, I couldn't hear anything.

I've checked the three network coverage and there are no issues flagged.

I've also tried to fix this issue through the 'Chat to Three' option but I just get a useless chatbot and everytime I ask to connect to a person, when it finally lets me after asking a billion questions, it says there is no one available.

I also obviously can't fix this issue by calling Three as my phone doesnt work, so here I am....

Any help would be so appreciated.

Unable to make or receive calls since morning today. Not just my phone but also wife's phone on Three network having same issue. Restarted phone multiple times and rechecked but still not working. Daughter's phone on different network is fine. So seems like it's specifically an issue with Three network. Cheltenham, Gloucestershire area.

Thank you for comments! Wasn’t sure how long it was going to last, so hoping it’s back on soon as I need my phone for business. I’m near Bury St Edmunds Suffolk if that helps anyone. Thank you and fingers crossed it’s resolved soon.

I have exactly the same this morning, it just goes quiet and says call failed after a minute or so. I also cant receive any incoming calls...
