Good spot here, we definitely wouldn't call from a number beginning 02, and that does sound like a really suspicious call from what you're describing.

I'm not aware of any process where we can take customer submissions of recorded calls for this purpose, but there's guidance on ways to report scams and fraud on our fraud to watch out for page, and the report a problem page has some contact details for Action Fraud who may be able to give more advice on how this can be investigated from a police perspective.

Thanks,
Jonathan

Scam Call was recorded.

I received a scam call from 02*********, claiming to be from Three. The woman on the phone claimed she wanted to confirm I was happy with my services. I've heard of scammers often asking "Yes/No" questions while recording the call, and then using voice recordings to sign people up for things. I got a right kick out of pointing out that, for someone calling on behalf of a mobile network, her signal was abysmal. While she was faffing to sort her signal, I started recording the call. She asked again if I was happy, and this is when I said (I am very happy with my service", I made sure not to say the word "Yes". After, she said as a valued customer they wish to offer me 30% off my bill. At which point I pointed out I had been recording the call for 30 seconds, and I would be forwarding the call recording, as well as the number to Three themselves, to confirm if they are infact offering me the 30% she is claiming. I then pointed out that I was told, by Three, that they will never ring me from an 020 number, and so I knew the call wasn't genuine. Well... As you can imagine, she swiftly put the phone down.

My question is, is there any way I can share this recording with Three, or will it have to be the NCSC?
