I found an amazing deal via the BLC website for an iPhone 16 and 150 Gb data for £27 p/m on a two year contract (3 years on phone £19 Phone + £8 contract p/m), but was told in store and via customer support they couldn't match this deal, even though it was via the Three website - they all seemed surprised it was real. I didn't want to leave Three or loose my number, so I was advised to transfer my old number to a different provider and then port it back back in order to keep my existing Three number.... What a mistake staying with Three has been.

I can't activate the eSIM on the phone as I transferred a back up from my old phone, I can't use the Three app as I no longer am getting the 6-digit codes to access my account and online support are no help at all - they send codes to my email but that doesn't work for the app. I can't activate the eSIM without using the app and the alternative way of using an email QR code seems to not exist with Three.

Why is this so hard? Any suggestions? Do I need a new eSIM?

I wish I'd looked at the Three trust pilot review of 1.3... so many 1 stars reviews. Im still in the 14 day cooling off period, so thinking of just dropping it al back off in the store.

Hi @Nickh,

Sorry to hear about the issues you've been having with setting up your new SIM.

If you're no longer able to access your online account to activate the eSIM, the two options would be to either have a physical SIM sent by customer services to you billing address, or it may be preferable to visit a Three store with your photo ID. The team in store should be able to get you back online without waiting on a SIM in the post.

Thanks,
Jonathan
