      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have set up my voicemail through 123. However, when someone calls me they are not given the option to leave a message. How can I make sure this happens?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Are you still having issues with your Voicemail?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.three.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/26196"&gt;@jr0&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;has asked a couple of questions which could provide helpful info. I'd also add to this:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What model of phone do you use?&lt;BR /&gt;When you say that there's no option to leave a message, what happens? Does the caller receive an automated message or are they possibly hanging up before diverted to Voicemail? Can you try a test call to your number please, make sure to hang on for about 30 seconds and this should ensure that you've waited long enough for the divert to happen.&lt;/P&gt;
