&lt;P&gt;I'm really sorry to hear about the difficulties with amending your payment dates. I can only give general advice about this from here, but if you speak to &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/contact-us" target="_self"&gt;customer services&lt;/A&gt;, they can raise a credit file amendment request for you if there's evidence that Three have made an error.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Had you already spoken to the team about this, and have you received an update from them?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Tried changing payment date</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've tried changing the payment date on my account to 24th of every month I'm always told its been sorted then the following month it's changed back again this has gone on for 5 months. They then offer a promise to pay on the 24th but this then says ive missed a payment on my credit score it's dropped by over 100 points all because of three. I wish I would have gone to any other network their promises mean nothing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
