I upgraded my SIM via phonecall on 02/08 but the data hasn't changed yet.How long does it take to activate?

Users can't see the agreement details from here so would be unable to determine exactly when your allowance should start. If you don't have the details for this, I'd recommend double checking it with the support team on chat or by calling. They'll be happy to help clarify what's going on.
