&lt;P&gt;My understanding is that a message is sent out a few days after the contract is set up, which includes what is needed to get it set up. Since you didn't get that, I'd recommend popping through to the &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/contact-us?intid=contact_us" target="_self"&gt;support team&lt;/A&gt; to let them know, and they can look into it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
