&lt;P&gt;Welcome to Three Community.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Oh, that's not great. It sounds like your credit was used up as cash for accessing services. This can burn through the money pretty quickly as calls, and data cost quite a bit when there's no active allowance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There's no way to check from here though, so I'd recommend reaching out to the support team on chat or by calling so that they can confirm.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
