    <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve bought a pre-paid pay as you go sim for £15, popped the SIM card in, but the balance is £0.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve activated, and it’s been over 2 hours and tried customer support but cannot seem to actually find the help I need or speak to someone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Terrible experience so far for my first time with 3.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm just following up on this as we didn't hear back from you. Did the balance eventually appear after the SIM was activated?&lt;/P&gt;
