      <description>&lt;P&gt;This has happened to me today, there used to be an option to convert your balance to a data pack, but today it only gave me the option to pay by voucher or credit/debit card.&lt;BR /&gt;There website has been lousy ever since they had it updated 2 years ago.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear you've had trouble converting credit to a pack. There's a temporary issue with doing so using My3 from our website at the moment, but you should be able to do so using the Three App, or by &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/contact-us" target="_self"&gt;getting in touch&lt;/A&gt;. Did you manage to get this sorted out in the meantime?&lt;/P&gt;
