Stopping notifications

I am constantly bombarded by Three Community Notification Updates for a topic I am no longer interested in, but I cannot find anywhere I can unsubscribe. How can I do this?

Edit your notification preferences within the Three Community Settings tabs

Hello there.

You can click the circle with your profile image, then go to settings, then subscriptions and bookmarks. From this page you can select the pages you don't want to be notified about, then choose email subscription options, and delete the selected ones.
