&lt;P&gt;The complaint currently can't be viewed in the app or website. It sounds like you're receiving the updates in error whenever anyone adds notes or updates your complaint, but this doesn't always mean there's useful information to share. If you have a call back arranged with the team, I'd recommend waiting for that. If you don't have a call back arranged, the team would normally advise you how long to wait before getting back in touch, if that time has elapsed, I'd recommend calling or using livechat to get an update from them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Got an ongoing account issue and keep getting emails/texts saying it has been updated and to check using the link. When clicked it just goes to the app - I can’t find the actual complaint anywhere on the app or web site! Any ideas..??&lt;/P&gt;</description>
