I received an email saying I won Sam Fender tickets for 28th August in Belfast, I responded to the email with my name, that I accept the prize and my county but haven’t received a response and the concert is in 4 days, any help would be great

Hi Jonathan, thanks for confirming I received the instructions on how to get the tickets. I am unfortunately unable to attend am I able to nominate someone else to collect the tickets and attend the concert? Thanks
