Plan price increases after adding to basket

My plan is expiring and I was offered a deal at £11/mo which suited me. I added this to my basket but it was then shown as costing £18/mo! I have screenshots showing this but uploading images seems to be a faff through this interface.

Speak to customer services on 333 and get them to honour the original offering.

Hi @allanlewis,

It's pretty unusual for this to happen, but offers in basket can potentially change price between you saving the deal and completing the order. We wouldn't normally expect this to happen unless there was a delay between adding the offer and checking out.

I'd recommend to get in touch, and the team can check if there's any error, and if the offer you're after is still available or not.

Same thing is happening to me today and last night, any contract length, any amount of data, price auto increases once it’s in your basket. Disgusting.

Did you manage to fix this? I'm experiencing the same issue. I select a plan with phone, says £22/month then when I get to the basket it's £27. Selecting different contracts gives different prices but all are more expensive in the basket after I've selected them
