&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you for reaching out. To resolve this issue, we recommend waiting until your current pack has completed before attempting to add a new one. This will prevent any potential conflicts with existing packs on the system. Because this is a Pay As You Go pack, theses can't be stacked.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Auto renew data plan</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I currently have an active 40GB data pack-ITU which will expire on 26 September. I want to switch to a 60GB auto-renew data plan, but when I try to add this plan to basket, there is an error message saying that I cannot have more than one active data plan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Does it mean that I can only purchase the new 60GB auto renew data plan on 26 Sep? &amp;nbsp;Or can I do it on 25 Sep? &amp;nbsp;Otherwise, will it affect my data usage on 26 Sep? &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
