&lt;P&gt;It seems like there must be some factor specific to the account, as My3 is generally working okay, I'm not aware of a widespread issue. You mentioned trying different browsers too, so is it the same 500 error on both the Three App, and when logging in on the Three website too?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Account Issues (Error 500)</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pay as you go user here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For more than 2 weeks i am not able to access my account. I can login but I cannot see any details of my account.&lt;BR /&gt;Instead I receive an error “&lt;SPAN&gt;There's an error&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We're fixing it. Please try again soon.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Error Code: 500”&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried from both ios and android, thru three app, multiple browsers, incognito mode and the same thing happens in all situations.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I even contacted the live support agents, and for almost 1 hour keep trying without success.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the awesome reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I spoke with the support and they are not able to help me. They put me thru different departments without any succes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyway since the last 2 updates now I’m able to access the application but still no possible to make any other things like top-up, data packs etc.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
