Hi all

i pay for my sons account atm but i was wondering how to see his account thru the app or website. He has just informed me his data has run out while at work and if i try to log in on his account using his number it bounces straight to my account. is there any way to link his account to mine to access thru one account?

Hello there.

If both accounts are in your name, you can link them so that you can access both with your single log in. You can do that by logging into your My3 for your number via the app, then heading over to Account, then Account Settings, then Link other Account or Number.

Hi @kater573,

If you've not been able to link an account using the self service option Pete described, you can also have this done through customer services, as long as you're the account holder and all your details match for both accounts.

Thanks,
Jonathan
