    <description>&lt;P&gt;Received a phone call from a woman claiming to be from three saying my phone will be cut off in 48hours because I’m on an old contract I told her don’t believe her and I will phone three directly, have been trying to reach someone to talk to about this but live chat doesn’t understand and the automated questions on the customer service number don’t help at all, I want to speak to a human but it’s proving very difficult any help would be appreciated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, Megan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It doesn't sound like the person you spoke to was from Three. Three wouldn't just cut you off if your plan was old. In cases where a user is on an older plan, or that plan is no longer available,&amp;nbsp; the user will be contacted at least 30 days before the plan is due to expire, and let the user know that after 30 days they will be migrated to a different plan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
