    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ongoing complaint where '3' have admitted to charging us for a phone contract we never had . Now waiting for a refund we keep getting pushed back that that the complaints team in Mumbai are awaiting approval from a department in the UK this has been going on for over a month excuse after excuse . Mumbai are unable to give us contact details of the department in the UK , surprise , surprise . Come on '3' just pay up !&lt;/P&gt;</description>
