    <description>&lt;P&gt;My contract is coming to an end. I want to confirm that my existing plan will carry on rolling monthly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have rung 333&amp;nbsp; because LIVECHAT does not work when clicking, but I cannot understand the accent of the Three advisor despite hiim trying to be helpful talking slower.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is their a problem with live chat? Will it be easier just to ask for a PAC code?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;How can you not understand the accent of the Three adviser??? Do you need a hearing test? &amp;nbsp;To my knowledge there are no issues with live chat so if you want to obtain a PAC code just do so or call language line,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the Three Community&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😊&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are on a Pay Monthly plan and your minimum term is completed, you will continue on a monthly rolling basis until you decide to cancel, switch, or upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There aren't any known issues with the live chat currently, and I've tested this too via the &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/contact-us?intid=contact_us" target="_self"&gt;contact page&lt;/A&gt; online.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please try to access this page via a web browser instead of directly through the Three app, and let me know if it works.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you wish to switch, you can request a PAC through the various methods outlined &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/leave-three/leave-with-your-number" target="_self"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once a PAC is used, your Three account would automatically be closed after the number is transferred. Any outstanding charges will be confirmed once the PAC is sent.&lt;/P&gt;
