    <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently opened a Complete SIMO plan which includes free Paramount +, however I never received the link to activate the account. I’ve just spent 20 minutes going through 3’s convoluted customer service telephone system, only to be told by an agent that I have to enter my mobile number into the Paramount App. He clearly had no idea!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone else had this problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been waiting for 11 months for my activation link. Several calls to customer services in march resulted in the advisor saying there was nothing he could do but encouraged me to pay £7.99&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just done a live chat today and was told i have to contact Paramount myself as there is nothing on my account for the advisor to send me the link.. Then told if i paid for Paramount i could get an airtime credit. £5 then £15 then £50.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Going to cancel my contract early as three are in breach of contract i believe and the customer service is terrible just like the reception.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
