    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes they did. The guy I spoke to yesterday told me that I can see my complaint... by doing a SAR. They are beyond crazy and the Ombudsman, when I get to them, will tear them a new one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There used to be an option in both my three app and the website to see the current or previous complaints update. Did they remove that option or something. I got an email to log in to th app and see the update but it takes me to the homepage&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;We've been updating the app and this feature has been removed. I've passed across feedback to correct the messages you received about logging in to check, as this is inaccurate.&lt;/P&gt;
