&lt;P&gt;This doesn't sound right. You could check the bills in relation to the £40, if that's genuine, the £40 would reflect there. As for the messages you're receiving, I'm not sure what would be causing that, but I'd recommend reaching out to the support team to get that checked out and make sure nothing strange is going on within your account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. I just have home broadband but my device keeps getting messages from three informing me that my bill is over £40 but they are not taking that from. My. Direct debit. . I also have some saying my application was unsuccessful and others addressed to a different name .&amp;nbsp; It's as if Im sharing a number with another account.&amp;nbsp; Should I just ignore it or could my credit rating be affected or worse?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
