      <description>&lt;P&gt;After submitting the password at login, the 2FA page shows an error and no text is sent to the alternative number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The error on the app reads "Oops. We're sorry, something's gone wrong. Please try again later" and the error on Three website reads "We're having some problems. It's not your fault it's ours, please try again later"&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, the issue is persistent for me and has been for many days. This occurs on both the Three website and the My3 app. Tried to login on various devices with the same result. Definitely a problem with the 2FA stage.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes indeed, the alternative number needed to be reset or changed (as in my case). Now after login the verification code is sent. Password resets didn't help with this particular 2FA issue. I was advised not to change the alternative number for a month to avoid a recurrence of the problem. Thank you sc1999. Hope this helps others.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
