Elaborate please. What are we talking about ESIM or physical SIM card. What issue are you facing when trying to activate your sim?

I bought eSIM and you didn’t send me the QR code, I need the wifi now because i am in trip!

I appreciate that it's a worry for you to have not received the QR code to activate your eSIM.

If you still haven't had this through, please have a chat with Customer Services, who'll see if it can be re-sent.
