Bills to someone I didn't know

I received a bill from Three for someone I did not know of, at my house address. I am wandering how someone could fool Three to open an account using my address. This is a second time I received this bills, both after visiting your shop. Should I be afraid of Three scammer.

I think you should either call Three customer service or visit a Three shop as a matter of urgency. If YOU didn’t open this account then it’s quite likely to be fraudulent.

I called the three fraud and security at 0333381012, I was told that I will not be receiving that bill anymore.

I'm glad you managed to get that sorted with the team. Once the details are updated, you shouldn't receive any more of those bills.
