To what service do you subscribe to via Three? If you don’t know check your bill or call customer service to find out. Three won’t arbitrarily add random charges to your account just to annoy you.

Why am I being charged roughly about £30 extra each month on top of my bill?! I called three and asked and they said it was due to a third party app for subscriptions or in app purchases, (which all get taken out my bank on the spot when I make in app purchases). So why are they taking it as well? Also I never signed up to any third party anything.

Do you use Threepay to subscribe or purchase items? That’s the most likely (probably only) way you’ve acquired this recurring payment. The operative word here is recurring! Check back and if you’ve got an iPhone you can see some (but not necessarily all) of your subscriptions in the settings menu. Time for a bit of amateur sleuthing.

I am facing a similar problem. I was charged an out of allowance charge on my broadband number of £13.50 last month and £22 this month
