    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a longstanding phone contract with 3 which includes free Data Roaming in Go Roam countries. Up until now I have been billed fairly for any use outwith my contract. However on a recent trip to Morocco, not a Go Roam country I disabled Data Roaming on my iPhone before leaving the UK. But 3 have decided to charge me £12.50 for Out of Allowance Data Charges! I wasted half an hour on Chat trying to get an answer and requested details of the Data Charges I have been billed for including dates etc. All they did was send me a copy of my bill, which I had already checked and surprise, surprise no details of the data charges, only the £12.50 combined total which is incredible given I had Data Roaming disabled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone else been cheated like this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Thank you for replying I have now had the charges refunded since nobody was able to detail what the individual data usages were! &amp;nbsp;And considering Data Roaming was switched off on my iPhone, it’s hardly surprising!&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
