      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Three Community,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My 10 GB plus 2GB Data Pack add on will expire on 31st May 2024. Actually my Data has finished and I need the Data straight away and also this Data pack always falls short for me. So I have removed the current Data pack and I have bought 100 GB Data pack Auto renew Top up. The message says that previous data pack will be removed on 31st May.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My question is that as my payment for new Data pack is already deducted, so does it allow me to use the new data pack or I have to wait until 31st May?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If the old pack was removed and has finished it's allowance, you should be able to start a new pack and use the allowance from that one right away.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;How can I remove the existing data pack so that I can buy a new data pack? The data has run out a week early so I have topped up the usual amount and trying to use it to buy the same data pack and there isn't any option for that. There are options to buy all the other data packs but not the same one that I'm currently on. I need to buy the same one. Why should it be this difficult? There is absolutely no easy option to remove the current pack and the only options available are to buy data packs of higher price point which I don't need. I just can't wait another 6 days which is when this pack will expire and only then allowing me to buy a new data pack that cost the same. Strange system.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sorry for any disruption this is causing for you. You can only have one "Data Pack" at a time, but you can add "Data Add Ons" whilst you wait for another Data Pack to be available.&lt;/P&gt;
