      <description>&lt;P&gt;In August 2025 I cancelled my home broadband service, after 2 and a half years, and returned the equipment&amp;nbsp; as per your instructions (i have a receipt). I am being pestered by phone calls and payment demands all referring to telephone accounts with my Home Broadband account number&amp;nbsp; ********. It seems that your online service is dedicated to mobile phone sales and my attempts speaking to your service call&amp;nbsp; centre has bean a complete waste of time. can you help?&lt;/P&gt;
