&lt;P&gt;If you were previously registered using the same email address and/or phone number, you will need to have the account reset so that you can register again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Anyone come back to three but experienced problem logging into app/online, error account no longer active and account already registered when trying to re-register. Tried support but timed out twice and didn’t get anywhere.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
