Three numbers do start with 0333, but numbers can sometimes be spoofed, so we couldn't guarantee that any call is legitimate from here.

If you're ever unsure or feel uncomfortable, please don't share any personal info.

You can connect with Customer Services to check if the contact was noted on your account. Any calls made to you will leave a footprint, which I hope will offer some reassurance once this is clarified.

The number *might* be legit, but it is possible to spoof numbers and the scammers can literally call you from whatever number they want. You can check numbers yourself by using a crowd sourced reporting site, such as https://who-called.co.uk/Number/03333381302 You will see if others have had similar calls and also add your own experience to warn others.

You should never trust that the caller ID is correct, especially if it is out of the blue and asking for personal information.

I dialed it myself before replying,it takes you to the same place as if I had dialed 333!
