fuze forge scam

I’m honestly beyond frustrated right now. I’ve got an £18 charge on my Three bill for a Fuze Forge subscription I NEVER signed up for. I didn’t click any link, didn’t agree to anything, didn’t even know this service existed until I saw the charge. And to top it off, no confirmation or verification was asked for before this money was taken from my account. How is that even allowed?

I've been trying to get this sorted with both Three and Fuze Forge for weeks now—chasing them non-stop to cancel this subscription and get my money back. But all I'm getting is the runaround. It's honestly wasting my time and money, and I’ve got way better things to do than spend hours dealing with this.

What really stings is that I’ve always trusted Three as my mobile provider, and now I feel completely let down. There’s clearly some kind of connection here—whether it’s a parent company relationship or profit-sharing arrangement—between Three and Fuze Forge. Otherwise, why would Three let this happen? It’s like they’re turning a blind eye to fraud, or worse, enabling it because they’re making money off it.

I really don’t expect to be treated like this by a company I’ve been loyal to for years.

Anyone else dealing with this? How do you get it sorted?

Hello there.

Welcome to Three Community.

It's disappointing to hear you've had an unexpected charge. I can understand that it's frustrating when a charge pop up unexpectedly, but it's important to clarify that being charged on the bill by a 3rd party isn't a sign of fraud. 3 Pay is part of the service, and Fuze Forge is one of the 3rd party companies, just like Apple and Google, who can charge you through your bill.

Transactions go through a secured system, and can't be applied randomly by any of the 3rd parties. To find out specifics about the charge that was applied, you would need to speak to FuzeForge directly. You'll find their contact options at the bottom of that page in the "Contact" link.

If you speak to them you can query what the charge was for. If you didn't use the service, the company will usually be able to see that, and it's at their discretion if they will provide a refund or not. You can also ask them to block your number from their service so that you can't be charged by them again through the carrier billing service.

Pete.

Hi, so i have had the same thing happen to me. £4.40 taken first, in May and then £18 in June. I have managed to speak to Furze Forge and they say its some kind of subscription charge for gaming. I have checked both of my childrens phones and consoles and there is nothing on them relating to this, plus the date that this was apparently set up, we werent even at home ! I cancelled my direct debit to Three and paid just my broadband fee manually, leaving the £18 outstanding. Three have now suspended my service. I am contacting them today as i refuse to pay for something that i have not done. Looking through conversations on this community, it seems its happened to alot of people - that can not be a coincidence !
