Hi @Pottsmeister,

I'd appreciate some clarification on the issues you've been having - were you trying to cancel one contract and take out another? What prevented this?

One-time passcode email verification would go to the registered email address on the account. Do you mean they were trying to send the code to the Broadband SIM number?

Thanks,
Michael

Capital W in wait! And whilst c/s isn’t ideal on the Three network it’s how you deal with them that matters;same as with everything in life. And referring to your earlier post I’m sure the staff of Three had a warm fuzzy feeling knowing that you feel sorry for them. Unfortunately as per the whole post it’s absolute rubbish. But then you knew that didn’t you.

Hello @Pottsmeister,

Cancellation is usually completed with Customer Services with a live agent as a security measure to protect your account - one-time passcode verification is mandatory when making such changes.

If you wish to keep the phone number, you can request a PAC. When you give this PAC to another network to switch, your Three account will automatically close and you'll be given a final bill.

If cancellation is your preference, I'd recommend using the live chat option on the link shared above, and an agent will help with this.

Thanks,
Michael
